DESPICABLE ME 4 MARKETING AND KEYART
In the past, marketing for Despicable Me primarily relied on simple white backgrounds with the Minions as the first read. However, under the vision of CCO Gail Harrison, I was brought on to explore and execute a new direction: a hyper-bright, eye-catching campaign featuring the Mega Minions engaged in non-heroic antics.
Most of these designs were leveraged across the film’s marketing campaign, as well as co-branded partnerships with King’s Hawaiian (Nascar car design), Cold Stone Creamery, Chiquita, Volkswagen, and a variety of retail collateral.
